Good dishwasher, but the the heated dry function, does not dry the dishes. There is a lot of water left in the machine with spots left on dishes and flatware. We have found rust on our flatware. The silverware basket is also in the front of the bottom tray. If you place anything tall, butter knives, serving spoons, it will prevent the soap dispenser from opening all the way, leaving soap residue in the dispenser. Lots of room in it though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

noisier than expected

cleans dishes well, but a lot noisier than expected by a lot you hear it going through the cycles. If you have a smaller kitchen/home like I do look for something not so loud. Otherwise cleans well and is easy to use.

Dishwasher seems really small inside, we find ourselves running more loads, more often (note this was installed by our builder, we didn't get to choose).
Also find the utensil tray in the front of the dishwasher a HUGE pain. The little gray gates that hold things down also always fall down and are a general nuisance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does decent job. Looks good. Careful when loading: some of my silverware prevented detergent door from fully opening so I had to rewash. Really miss the delay start that I had on my previous model

We bought this dishwasher 4 months ago, had issue's with the soap not dispensing. GE sent a technician to fix it. It still won't dispense the soap. I called GE up again and this time they ordered replacement parts for the trays in the dishwasher and this seem to have corrected it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
