Nice but need some improvements

Still trying to understand how exactly it works. Since we use this dishwasher ever alternate day but we see couple problems,
1) We cannot believe, when it starts it completes its wash cycle; example if we start as Normal cycle sometimes it will take 2 hrs and sometime it stops in 30 mins. when it stops in 30 mins it will only uses half the detergent.
2) cycles are not consistent, I see sometimes it runs more than 4 hrs to clean.

I bought this 3 months ago. While the dishwasher does a good job, we did have a problem with the soap dispenser not working. GE sent out a technician and fixed it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this dishwasher does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. everything comes out perfectly clean.

We have the run more then once due to 2 things, the detergent dispenser doesn't always open completely to let the detergent out and when it does the not all the dishes get clean. It is not a how we load it issue either as we have tried only putting a few thing is with the same results. Has a heated dry, doesn't really dry very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been in our house two weeks and have already had to have a service call. The top rack continues to brake when it is loaded and it is very very loud!
