Heat /dry cycle doesn't dry dishes well and very disappointed only used one month and top rack already comes all the way out of dishwasher

Terrible top shelf!

There is no way to stabilize wine glasses. Small items fall through because the holes are too large.Too much space for items such as tall glasses. They simply fall down.

This dishwasher came in our new Home. It is the basic of basic. It will not dry our dishes at all. Not a fan of the silverware on the door either.

My first brand new dishwasher! My dishes have never been so clear and it's nice to finally have a dishwasher that I can watch TV without competing to hear it.

Disappointing

We purchased a new home and had all of the appliances upgraded to what we thought were higher quality items and the dishwasher has been a huge disappointment. It has a high quality external and internal look which we like and the wash cycle is par, but the drying cycle is useless. The drying portion is so bad that we thought it was broken until we asked our neighbors about theirs. Everyone's works equally bad! The silverware rack was also very poorly designed, it is flimsy and does not fit the utensils very well. The slots are too small to fit average sized silverware without making it more of a chore to put them in and pull them out. Considering no one likes doing dishes, I certainly don't want extra work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
