After 5 service calls we replaced this dishwasher. It lasted less than 4 years. When it did run, it was extremely loud but it did clean the dishes well.

Cheaply Designed Builder Model Doesn't Last Long
on March 30, 2021

After watching the racks rust in less than 3 years, I was hopeful that new top and bottom racks would bring new life to this unit. Unfortunately, as soon as I replaced them, I noticed that top rack dishes were not coming out clean (misalignment with new racks?) and the dishwasher began leaking. The plastic on the left side of the dishwasher is warped, which I believe is allowing it to leak water. I'm very disappointed with this model and will likely look for a dishwasher from a different manufacturer after this experience.

Racks rot

The overall performance of this dishwasher is great, in the way that it washes and dries. However, we've had ours five years and the racks are completely destroyed by rust, they are quite literally falling apart. The rusty tines stain my dishes. It's awful. It's impossible to order new racks for this dishwasher, they are always "out of stock", I wonder why......

It is a great basic dishwasher. No fancy bells and whistles but it works like it should. A little on the loud side but not for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!
