Attractive and Quiet

I really like the dishwasher with one exception...top rack has no place to hold small prep dishes securely.

It is kinda loud and takes a long time to clean the dishes, but over all. I like it. Not love it..

What a surprise

I never would have bought such a low end dishwasher for a replacement. This was installed by my builder on a brand new home. I was disgusted that it did not have a stainless interior but decided to keep it since it was new and had a heating element as well as heat boost. This has been running without incident for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier! I learned to deal with the horrible silverware holder but am willing to make that concession for beautifully cleaned dishes and consistently spotless glasses. Well GE you surprised me on this one!

Cleans Very Well

So this if my first home and my first dishwasher. I'm VERY pleased with it because it gets the job done! It's quiet and my dishes are always clean. I cook every night for our family of four and no matter what it is, whether it's a casserole, a pot roast, oven fried goodness or even something saucy my dishes are sparkly clean. Maybe its the tablets we use in the dishwasher but either way they work great together so I spend less time at the sink washing dishes and cleaning up and more time kicking my feet up after dinner time.

The dishes do not come out clean. The detergent dispenser does not property empty leaving white residue on door. When the dish washer starts, it makes squeaking and other noises as the water entere and exits. I have spots on glasses even though I use the additive which I have to refill weekly. Less than 1 year in service and this GE appliance will be replaced by us soon. Cycles take forever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
