Great TV

I am a Samsung person especially when it comes to tV's and Blue Ray players. The picture is great and it is user friendly. I have one of those old Samsung Tv's with the big back and it is still showing a great picture. so do far this tv is awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've always had great luck with Samsung products - and this just another fine example.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, smart easy setup

Loses internet connection

My Samsung will not connect with the internet continuously. I’ve tried everything including a firmware update. This is a problem experienced by many. This is not a SMART TV.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

Received our TV as a Christmas Gift From Our Son

our son gave us a new 60" samsung tv for christmas about 4 years ago. with solid-state tvs we have been getting many years of use from them. however, with our samsung ju6400 we have been getting progressively more white dots on the screen. our son got a three-year warranty but that does not do us any good now. you can see from the attached picture the number of very large white dots. this is an expensive tv and what is very troubling is the tv we replaced and are now using in the upstairs family room is still working well. soo much for samsung quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
