This TV is amazing. The picture quality is top notch and the size is perfect for the average sized room. This turns ordinary movie viewing into a home theater viewing. Video games are super clear and first person shooter games are easier due to the size of your targets are huge. I highly recommend this TV to tech-savy people, gamers, and movie/tv buffs.

Cons: price is above most budgets

Good TV that could use an added function

I really like this TV as it is an upgrade from my nine-year-old 720P TV. There is one feature lacking on this TV that really makes me wish I had shopped around a little more, though. Wake timers. I like the functionality to be able to turn on/off my TV on a schedule. I had this in my previous TV and have had difficulty adjusting to life without it on the Samsung.
The picture quality is stunning. The sound is not so great. I bought a sound bar and that dramatically helps, but now I have a subwoofer sitting around that I don't really want. And why is there a long and convoluted process of getting to the sleep timer by going through the menu options while in the Netflix app, instead of the tools button? This should be accessible from any app or TV station.
PLEASE - Add the wake timers to the next firmware release, PLEASE!

i am disappointed that my samsung product is incompatible with the i heart radio app. this is the only down side I have found after one week with my new tv

satellite - most channels are jerky and and the voice doesn't match the lips. My Samsung 32" 1080 HD has a better picture. The UHD is just not as good when using lower definitions. I will keep it but not overly happy with it.
Sorry Samsung i am a long time fan but am disappointed with this one. no amount of fiddling with pic size or resolutions seem to help.

The only thing lacking

The only thing this TV lacks is a completely non-reflective screen. I guess I was used to the screen on my old rear-projection TV which totally killed any reflections from the room. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a better product!

I bought this TV today 6/12/16 and the set-up time took maybe 15 minute and I can tell you right now the picture quality on this tv is amazing I am really impressed , I would recommend this tv to anyone who is looking for a new tv
