My Samsung 40" Model UN40JU6400FXZA

My 40" started displaying grayish-cloud like spots within my screen. Can't say why my TV was only several months old. It's a great TV! UHD, Smart TV However, I called Samsung and they rushed a tech to my home and he replaced the screen on the premises. A (30 min) or less task. My TV now works like a champ! The picture quality is super great! The value is even better, compared to the others on the market. Despite the issue I had, I would recommend the TV with a 5 star rating. My overal tech experience from Samsung in fixing the issue was great. The tech was very polite and knew what to do immediately. Good Job Samsung Tech (5) Stars!
The color and picture are fantastic we had a small problem but contacted live chat and so far the problem is gone so kudos for the live chat, can't wait to use all the great features this has. One of the best features is that it has a center stand so many makes have gone to legs on each end and that won't work for our application.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, the center stand is just what we needed

This product is lite and it doesn't take up a lot of space.

I highly recommend this product to everyone. It is such a great product. I just love my Samsung tv. It is much more than I expected.
Yes, the TV works, but the on button is hidden by the Samsung speakers that we bought to enhance the sound. Nothing about the built-in sound system is on the box--NOTHING. There is lots of information about picture quality but nothing about the speaker system--which means that the sound is meager (which is why we bought the additional sound system).
And, why isn't HULU installed in the add-ons? Hmmm? Now I am on my computer to register the TV so I can access the user manual to figure out how to put HULU on my TV. My five year old Vizio was simpler to use and had HULU already installed. Shell out the extra bucks to get one of the more popular streaming platforms ready to go.
I'm off now to try to get HULU to work on my brand new Samsung TV. Wish me luck. I couldn't do it from the clunky remote. Am I regretting this purchase already? Funny you should ask.

Great TV

I have had my eye on this TV for awhile now. When it came time to purchase I started to look at other models as well. I looked at smaller size TVs, different makes but I kept coming back to this one. I am glad that I didn't change my mind. A perfect size and a great picture. You can not beat the price for this TV. We don't how we watched our old TV. The picture is so much brighter and vivid. Very happy with our purchase,
