Excellent TV

I've had such great success with my other Samsung TV's, I wanted to get my parents a 4K set similar to mine. They didn't want a screen as big as my others so I got them the 40"
It is just as sharp, bright and colorful as my other units.

They love it too, so I'm very satisfied.
I will not purchase another maker's TV product. I have been buying Sansung TV's for many years
and have no intention of switching to another brand.

Having problems with the remote

I am having trouble with the remote sometimes it will all of a sudden stop working except the power button. So far I have gotten a free remote which was a nice thought. But it didn't seem to fix the problem. So maybe now I am thinking it might be something in the tv that is bad. I have only had this tv just over a month and it has happened pretty much since I bought it. If the tv would work perfect I would give it all a 5 star quality

After adjusting the picture settings, this product has proven to be worth the money. Great picture! I wish the sound quality was better.

Good entry level 4K television

This television has a good picture right out of the box. Most reasonably priced entry level 4K set following my personal research. Good quality in a room with direct sunlight during the morning and shadows in the evening. Video games have not had any lag to date.
A couple items to note:
This television has a combined refresh rate of 120hz. This is not a true 120hz refresh rate. during a few blue ray movies with significant action I have noticed a little bit of filler or drag. To the average TV watcher it is not extremely noticeable. If you are buying this television to only watch movies in a cinema atmosphere I would recommend upgrading models and point to my initial statement of "good entry level 4K television."
