Typical Lexar problems
on May 19, 2020

I’ve purchased several Lexar flash drives in the past few years and I always have the same problem including this model. They work great at first but after a very short period, they don’t seem to connect properly any longer. I normally have to put my finger on top of the flash drive just to get it to work but when I let my finger go it disconnects. I find this product a waste of money because of this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's fast and then starts to buffer, often taking up to half a minute before it starts writing again. Horribly disappointed.

No issues & we buy hundreds a year

We buy hundreds of these as well as Kingston a year and they work great. Just make sure you follow the ejection procedure and you should be good to go. Easily reformatted from EXFAT to NTFS with no issues.

Bought this USB on Boxing Day for 50% off and use it as a local storage for our security camera. The USB material externally looks a bit simple and delicate, but the USB works like a charm. So far so good, and if you're someone who is delicate and careful with your USB, this shouldn't be an issue. However, if you're someone who breaks your USB or drops it a lot, I would consider looking for a more sturdy one, as I'm not confident that this one will survive some hard drops.

It's Trash Now

Put my music collection on this device for use in the car. Listened a total of perhaps 15 times.
Now device is not recognized by the car nor my desktop computer. Recovery software from Lexar won't recognize the device either.
Might as well have thrown my money down the toilet.
