Great Upgrade

I just purchased this system and it is a fantastic upgrade over my previous SN301-8CN system. The camera angles add great value and are improved for better clarity. This system brings up my safety confidence and the increase in cameras is an increased return on the value you get from this system

Excellent DVR system model #21156

I purchased the DVR Pro system (21156) a month ago and finally installed it. So far it is an excellent system. Manuals supplied with the system only covered the basic connections. The DVR has several sensor connections that were not indicated in the manual, just a bonus for other alarm / sensor connections but not necessary. Internet connection is good but I was unable to get the "defender" app for cell phone or tablet access to work correctly. Received recommendation to use another app and all works well. Cameras are clear and actually better than I expected.

Great features

I bought this for a Christmas present for my wife. She has seen them on tv news where people have been caught breaking in and she said she would feel more secure if we had one. Haven't got all installed yet, cold weather and work schedule. Saw Defender on Grave Yard Cars tv show and liked the features and the ease of installation. The unit is pretty much plug and play.

This is my second purchase from Defender. Bought this for our vacation home and are totally satisfied. The pictures are clear and the range is good. The set-up is easy for the homeowner.

I received these cameras about two weeks ago and the packaging was done to perfection. Very happy with the Pro 21154 Widescreen 8CH Security DVR System. I am glad I purchased this system rather than a system from a local security company. Very easy to install! I am very happy with the picture quality. This product is very good and I would recommend it to everyone as a great unit for any security project. Also, the customer service is excellent and very helpful.
