Amazing picture quality!

The first Defender camera system I had was model 21012, unfortunately thanks too two lightening strikes within a few minutes apart it fried the dvr and cameras. Little bit of a tip get a good surge protector for your cameras and dvr. These cameras are amazing even in pitch black darkness. Thank you Defender for the free upgrade to 16 channel. They are easy to install, most of your time is spent stringing wires though. I will only ever buy defender systems from now on. Worth every single penny!!!

First off the initial Customer service was did a great job answering my initial questions about the product. Set up wasn't bad at all. Picture quality is quite impressive. Would definitely recommend.

So happy with this system! The set up was not so hard, my sons and husband did it. The picture quality is amazing and the night view is so much better than the system we had before. There is a person in our area who is a bit of a stalker and somewhat psychotic, so we need a system with really good picture quality. This is it! Thank you Defender for the peace of mind your system provides. I love it!

Great quality product for a great price

I just purchased the 8 camera system with 16 channel DVR. The system was easy to setup and the quality of the video is excellent. Setup for online access for streaming was also easy. I had an issue with 2 of the cameras, but online chat support was able to handle my claim quickly without hassle. I will order from them again when I need additional cameras.

Great Fatures

I bought this product about 1 week ago and still in the process of installing it. Currently I have 2 of 4 cameras set up and going. Working on the trench for the other two. This is my very first system that I have ever bought and am very impressed with it. When I move in 2018, I plan to take it with me and set up at new house. The cameras have great night vision. I back up all footage daily to an external hard drive. Later on down the road, I plan to upgrade to a 16 camera system. I would recommend this system to friends.

Very easy to set up!!

We bought this about a month ago and it was very easy to set up. The picture quality surprised me that it is so clear. The instructions were very clear and you could understand them. So happy we went with the Defender set up.

We decided to upgrade from the Defender system we had before...nearly every inch our property can be viewed at anytime...day or night and WOW! the night vision is awesome!!

These are great cameras. I can see farther than 60 ft in the dark, saw a car wreck at 300 +ft at night. Great product. Brian Helped me set them up. He is really nice and helpful, Thanks again Brian
