I could not be more pleased. The new QR setup is so easy to do. The Defender selection and pricing is great but the customer service is beyond comparison. Michel is the best tech., customer service person I have ever dealt with.

I just installed it today and with the help of Brain on chatline, it appears to be working fine. Installation was not too bad.

Great kit, couldn't be happier

I purchased this setup to update a 4CH Defender system I bought around 4 years ago. Both the build and video quality of the new cameras is fantastic and setup was a breeze based on my experience with the previous system. The new cameras have noticeably better color and the updated GUI for both the app and DVR is great to work with. I've setup remote viewing to access the live feed from my phone and any PC via the web browser. Saving off still images and video clips is easier than the previous kit I had, and I tend to remote in frequently just to see what's going on around the house.
I still have a few more of the cameras to set up, and received the free 16CH upgrade, so I have room to grow. One look at my system was all it took to talk a friend into purchasing the same system. Thanks for a great product that is easy to set up and use.

I did a lot of research and decided on a wired system. So far the pictures are clear. The only hard part was setting up the configuration for each camera. "motion, sensitivity, area to focus on". Cant beat it for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi, I bought this DVR on June 14, my router did not have an extra port to connect my DVR so I was confused for setting up 2 routers. A gentleman Expert, Michel, Called and also followed to the end for solving the problem and I really appreciate him.
