I purchase this a week ago and the installation was very easy.
Not being the computer wiz type, i had some difficulty setting up on my phone and, especially, my computer (kind of old) but with Michelle's patient and determined support all was fixed. Thanks Michelle!!!

Basic set-up is very easy. Getting the system to show up on iPhone and Ipad not so easy.

Very Impressive

It's astounding how far the technology has come during the past few years. This system is light years ahead of the old X10 system I had years ago. The picture quality is great, even in total darkness. Installation was no problem (except for the hot attic). The software is pretty straight forward. The biggest challenge is getting it set up for viewing over your local network and the internet. You can probably count on a call to tech support. Sean solved my problems quickly and easily. It now works flawlessly. I can view my cameras from any computer, tablet, or smart phone. I highly recommend this system.

Good system, nice vision is very good. Installation and setup was simple. Connecting to in home wifi was easy but getting connected outside of home system was challenging. Had to open port on router. Never called tech support but was fortunate enough to have family member in networking business.
I would recommend this to a friend!
