Just bought this system, installed it without a problem. On site monitoring was easy and support from Michel made the off-site monitoring even easier. I am not a techie but Michel made the experience so smooth. I will need a second system for another house and will definitely be using a Defender system!! Five star rating for product and service - outstanding!! Highly recommended!!

Very easy to install and use. My son is a police officer and he said that, video of the crime is worth every penny that you spent on your system. I showed him the system after I had it installed and he was impressed. The night vision is GREAT ! All I can say is...do yourself a hugh favor and get this system. You will sleep better at night....

Very easy installation. Works like a charm. Actually had someone steal something out of our garage about a month after getting the cameras up & was able to provide the police some good footage. They commented on how impressed they were at the footage provided - said it was much better than they normally receive!

I purchased my second system in March of 2015, and it relieves me of the stress associated with not being able to know what is happening while away from home. I can even get email alerts when motion is detected. Defender is great. The technical support is very knowledgeable, which is rare these days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just received the Defender with four cameras. I am old enough to be considered senile but was able to install the cameras, DVR, connect monitor to router and install mouse, etc. I needed help to set up my laptop and smart phone. I chatted with Daniela and she gave me a contact number. I called and after about ten minutes was connected with Michel, tech assistant. It took about an hour but he stayed with me and set up both the computer and Android phone. He is an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the system. Bottom line: Great service, good pictures and extremely flexible system. I would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.

Awesome viewing. Looked at other cameras and these are better than others I have seen. Very clear even at night they are great! Had the only in front and they tried to break in the back so bought these and covered all areas. Much better , feel safer and can leave home knowing the house is in good hands. I love being able to view all around house even at work. Great cameras, best choice!

A definite upgrade to my 5 yr old system!

I bought a week ago and installed it this weekend. Very happy with the quality of the video. Only have one issue and hopefully Amazon will take care of this for me. 2 of the cameras had issues, 1 had lines running through and the other one is blurry. Switched them out with ones that were working perfectly and still had the same issues with these 2. Otherwise easy system to setup and use. Definite upgrade to my 5 yr old system at the lake house and much better than the one I use at my permanent residence.
