They Stand Behind Their Product

I bought the W730 Winbot 7 weeks ago. Sadly, while using it, an inside pane of a double pane window cracked. I contacted Ecovacs and they have contacted me with an offer to pay for the repair of the glass. Jim from customer service explained that this is a very rare problem, that they will stand behind the product, and pay for damage to any more windows, since I told him that I was scared to use it again.
I'll probably look to purchase one of their floor cleaning robots now, since it's such a pleasure to deal with a company that really does provide "customer service" !!
