Feeling much safer with weBlogs Connect 4G-X

We live in a rural area, surrounded by forests and far from neighbors. Cell service is weak-to-absent, and, being elderly, we worried about calling for help in an emergency. Most of our calls were dropped, and when we did reach someone, he/she would make us repeat things because our call was breaking up. For us, the 4G-X was a significant investment, but we weighed that against the cost of not being able to call a fire department or an ambulance and knew we had to try it. One end of our house had a slightly stronger signal, so that's where we installed the outdoor (receiving) antenna. It was a snap to install. Then we placed the indoor (broadcasting) antenna in the opposite end. We plugged it in and got four green lights on the amplifier right away (the sign of a clean connection) and our phones went from 1 bar to 4 bars. We even have 3 bars in the basement, a place we hadn't been able to call from. We have lots of thunderstorms, so I also added the lightning arrester. I had an electrician install my ground wire (for the lightning arrester) and a socket box. Otherwise I did the rest of the job myself, and I am not all that handy. It's a great invention, and I recommend it to anyone who has weak phone service. Safety is worth it.

Good, solid dependable booster

Booster installed and hooked up easily. We had 0 to 1 bar inside the house and now after installing the booster with 2 inside antennas we have 2-4 (full signal) throughout the house. I did a lot of reading before installing this and it probably saved me a lot of grief. Proper spacing of the antennas is really the key to having this thing work. I had all green lights the first time and it's been working good now for about four months. Sure is nice to be able to use our cell phones in the house and be able to send pictures without having to go outside for a better signal.

IT WORKS! ! !

Took the time to install it according to the instructions and Customer Service. I took all the readings, recorded them in order to make an informed decision as to which direction to point the antenna. Not the most fun part, but well worth it looking back. We could not get 4g LTE here even though it was available across the street. Now we get it with "all the bars"! It is very important to do the preliminaries first in order to have this booster equipment do what it is suppose to. . . The equipment is first rate as is their Customer Service guys. Always there and always willing to take the time to explain things to a real novice like myself. I highly recommend this equipment and company. . .

Fantastic option for the hunting camp!

We have a rural hunting camp with very weak cell signal! This booster provided us with full service from 2 different carriers and allows all the members to work while at the camp! Booster was easy to install and setup and provided a near instant better signal. Directions were clear and concise and product works great!

I have installed this on a home with a metal roof and being in an area that has one to two bars signal outside the home . I have used this for 5 months now. It has been dependable and have not had to reset it. Have cell phone signal thru out the home. Ranging from 4 bars to one bar. Three level home including basement. Before I could get signal only on the first floor North end of the home near windows. Pay attention to install instructions for proper operation. Do a temporary install before permanently mounting everything.

HUGE improvement in signal in rural Ontario

We have a summer cottage in northern Ontario where the nearest cell towers are 10+ miles away. Without a booster we can get zero signal. Nada. With this 4G-X booster and the Yagi antenna mounted high and pointed to the tower (needed to refer to a map to get exact bearing - the Yagi is highly directional), we get FIVE BARS LTE. It's really amazing. Everything is very easy to set up and cust support is superb. Highly recommend! Oh and it can run on 12VDC or 110VAC which is especially nice off-grid. I have it running directly off solar with no problem.

No more dropped calls

With concrete walls and a metal roof, we did not have reliable cell phone service. But now we get every call and have no dropped calls. Installation we easy. And no tuning required.
