It delivers what it promised

I installed the 4G-X in a second home in the North GA mountains located on a river. Prior to installation, we received virtually no cell signal and had to move halfway up the mountain from the river to make phone calls. After installing the system, which I found to be very straight forward and surprisingly easy, we now can get 4G quality service inside the home that provides voice, text, and data.

I am in a rural mountainous area of Colorado west and need to monitor my security cameras that monitor my property and cattle. I was getting -99db prior to installing a 4G- x 471104 unit. I use a Verizon 4glte modem that was getting -99db before and -66db after installing we boost 4g-x. Speed and signal strength is all in video stream of my exacqvision run camera software as I run 10 megapixel cameras by Arecont vision . It has been one month since and all is good. Support worked well for me as well. MP

Without Booster I receive 1 bar of service spratically inside home while outside I will receive 2 bars if on front porch. Installed booster with 30ft of cable between booster and outside anntena. Mounted booster and indoor antenna on hallway-wall in the middle of my single-story rancher. Single strength increased to five bars with 5 feet of the actual indoor antenna to four bars either of house. T-mobile band 12 and band 2 LTE. Consistent 13-15 Mbps/down 4-7 Mbps/up. Purchased service from 4Gantenna shop for unlmited internet and placed modem on same wall in hallway. Service is great!!! Thanks weeboost. Planning to add a 2nd outdoor antenna later this year so I will have two outdoor antennas going to the same weBoost Connect 4G-X to hopefully increase signal, i.e. Bandwidth

Before we installed this cell booster, my cell phone would pretty reliably receive texts in the house and sometimes even emails. But often I would drive down the road and all of a sudden receive a dozen texts and emails all at once that had been sent to me the day before. Now that the booster is installed and adjusted, I get texts and emails promptly on my phone and can now actually use my laptop through a mobile hotspot and range extender. Additionally, I can now actually place and receive calls! Previously, my phone might ring, but I would never be able to answer it and talk with someone. We have a weekend place in the Blue Ridge foothills. Cell coverage is spotty even with the small carrier that provides service to rural areas. But since their service does not work for data in metropolitan areas, we have stayed with one of the large nationwide carriers. It's the only one that has any signal in this part of the Blue Ridge other than the small carrier. Unfortunately, the nearest tower is 10+ miles down the valley with forests and ridges in between us and the a tower. From one 2nd floor window in our house, we had a 4G signal of -101 to -105db. I talked with tech support prior to purchase and they advised me that the booster would have a tough time providing reliable service with those numbers. However, I was out of options, so went ahead and bought it anyway. After trying many locations and riggings, I finally managed to get the booster antenna mounted on a 30' pole stabilized by my chimney and aimed toward the strongest signal. Once the indoor antenna and booster were wired and finally located, we achieved winter sunny day signal strength readings from -78 to -85 db. Summer readings with leaves on trees or in rain or windy conditions, readings range from -92 to -101 db. But it still works! In rural fringe areas this booster is essential and effective but may take considerable determination and experimentation and skill to to effectively install.

Feeling much safer with weBlogs Connect 4G-X

We live in a rural area, surrounded by forests and far from neighbors. Cell service is weak-to-absent, and, being elderly, we worried about calling for help in an emergency. Most of our calls were dropped, and when we did reach someone, he/she would make us repeat things because our call was breaking up. For us, the 4G-X was a significant investment, but we weighed that against the cost of not being able to call a fire department or an ambulance and knew we had to try it. One end of our house had a slightly stronger signal, so that's where we installed the outdoor (receiving) antenna. It was a snap to install. Then we placed the indoor (broadcasting) antenna in the opposite end. We plugged it in and got four green lights on the amplifier right away (the sign of a clean connection) and our phones went from 1 bar to 4 bars. We even have 3 bars in the basement, a place we hadn't been able to call from. We have lots of thunderstorms, so I also added the lightning arrester. I had an electrician install my ground wire (for the lightning arrester) and a socket box. Otherwise I did the rest of the job myself, and I am not all that handy. It's a great invention, and I recommend it to anyone who has weak phone service. Safety is worth it.

I purchased this product about two months ago, I live in rural Wisconsin, I was not able to talk on my phone in my house I needed to go outside to talk, and then I only had one bar. Now I have up to 4 bars, and I can now use my hotspot inside my house to go online. I did install my anttenna up in th air about 40 feet connected to a pipe attached to the side of my house, unit operated better then advertised.
