Fantastic!

Fantastic product, we live in NH with very few cell towers. We went from 1 or 2 bars outside of the house to 4-5 bars inside!

Incredible performance

I live in a super insulated house in the sticks and had to walk 3 houses down to get 1-3 bars. I installed a Wilson Desk Top unit that gave me years of intermittent 1-3 bars inside replicating down the street reception confined to certain areas of the house. I installed the 4G-X directly to my old exterior antenna and wiring and got a steady 3 bars. Support directed me to OPENSIGNAL and I found a hot spot in a different direction, I installed the new antenna and pointed it there. I now get an incredible 5 bars on both floors with a never before 3-5 bars in the basement! All with LTE and 4G! A great unit worth every penny! Thank you weBoost.

Solid, if not overly optimistic about range

After installing the 4G-X we did indeed get a boost in ambient signal from a -120 mDb to about a -90. We are hoping to erect a mast to get the booster external antenna clear over the 30ft roof top to hopefully catch a slightly better signal. As of right now, where the antenna is mounted had an ambient -97 and is broadcasting between a -85 to -90 directly in front of the internal antenna. Sadly, this level of performance does not cover more than half of our 3,000 square foot home (well short of the optimistic 7500 sq.ft. listed). I will gladly change my rating if increasing the current 25 feet up to 40 works, but as of right now I can claim it does boost, but not to the level claimed or to my expectation of the rather steep price of the unit (which I would gladly have paid if it simply covered the 3,000 square feet of our home.)

Poor Performance!

Would have expected much better performance! Set up per instructions and even attempted antenna alignment. Adds very little performance to the our cell phones. Now power supply has failed

4g in a dead zone.

Living in the rolling hills of West Virginia, cell phone signal is hit and miss at the best of times. We have dabbled before with signal boosters and while it "worked" (until a storm fried it)you had to stand in a small area of the house. We have since upgraded to the connect 4g x and we have strong signal through out the house.

Excellent Booster

This booster has brought service inside our Mountain Lodge which is in a very remote area. Also works great in a large metal building where service is poor outside. Service is better now inside the metal building, than outside side. Great product and works very well.

Solid overall boost

Use this in our mobile office along with a MiFi device from Verizon. Bumps up signal from 1-2 bars to 3-4 consistently. Several times when we couldn't get any signal on the MIFI device we got it close to the booster and Presto! Enough signal to check and send email. Life saver!
