At ranch have -114db and X1 for data now inside building have -75db and LTE data service. Had cross talk problems when I installed called technical support and had great support, had to raise outside antenna 3' and all problems solved! I have Verizon service i'm 5 miles from the closest antenna now I have great cell and data service.
We are very pleased with the performance of the weBoost. It is working great for us. So well that we have gotten rid of our satellite dish and are using our phone for our internet.
I bought this 3 months ago. I live in the country surrounded by the woods. Could only get one bar at best on front porch. I ordered this with a 30 day return policy so if it didn't work then I'd send it back. Was I ever shocked. I now have 4G at minimum sometimes 4glte. The 4G is never under 4 bars and the lte is 2 bars most if the time. It's very simple to hook up. Plug and play really. There are apps that you can download to your phone to see exactly where the cell tower signal is coming from. Just download the app and point the outside antenna (which can go inside or outside) in the direction of cell tower , then plug and play. You cannot go wrong with this one. I realize it's expensive compared to the cheaper models but is so worth it. I can mow my yard and stream radio or YouTube. Wish I had bought sooner.
Served it's purpose but didn't really boost signal

I live in a valley a ways from the city. I found that about 30' above my house I could get a couple of bars of cell coverage whereas in my house I had zero coverage. I bought the Connect 4G-X thinking it would actually allow me to boost those two bars and deliver them to my house. I put the antenna on a 40' pole and installed the other antenna in my house. I now have 2 bars coverage in my house with both data and cell available which is what I wanted. That part is great, I was just expecting to actually boost the signal that I can receive with my phone at the point the main antenna is placed. It is awfully pricey but for my application it was worth it, I now have cell coverage in my house and have dropped my internet phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was told to solve our poor cell reception in our 75000 sq ft building asap. The boss was not happy that his cell phone that he uses to manage a multi million dollar company would drop calls in his office. We purchased this after some research, placed the interior antenna above his office and used a free app to help us point the outdoor antenna and presto! Happy boss and 4g service in all of the administration offices.
We travel in northeastern Colorado, western Nebraska and southwestern South Dakota frequently. Previously there were large areas of no cell phone service using just the phone, installed WeBoost and now we have service 99% of the time. Occasionally service drops when we drive into a low spot. I'm ready to buy another WeBoost for my other car.
My partner and I bought this booster for our rural mountain home with the hopes of boosting the very weak signal we received to something useable. The customer service at weboost was incredibly helpful in first talking us through whether or not if it would even be worth purchasing and then helped us determine not only the best type of booster but also the best location to place the antenna. We installed the booster several weeks ago now and our signal is very useable for phone calls and text messages, which we could barely even send before. Our signal still disappears once we get too far from the inside antenna, but customer service clearly told us this would likely happen due to our weak incoming signal before we even bought the booster. It's the best money we've spent on our move, and we're really grateful to weboost for making the process as easy as possible.
