Works great in floral cooler!

We were looking for a solution to get good quality cellular signal in our floral cooler. Big, thick, walls lined with up to 12 inches of foam, sheet metal and concrete. Ordered this up and had it installed. Works very well. Went from absolutely ZERO signal in the cooler to 2, 3 and 4 bars depending on carrier. Makes cell phones COMPLETELY usable in the cooler with full signal and in many cases, fluid video with FaceTime, etc. Also splitting off to a second transmission antenna in our sales room directly adjacent to the cooler. Cell phone signal has always been terrible in this building. Now all users are experiencing very good service when in range of the transmission antennas.

Absolutely wonderful

I bought this 3 months ago. I live in the country surrounded by the woods. Could only get one bar at best on front porch. I ordered this with a 30 day return policy so if it didn't work then I'd send it back. Was I ever shocked. I now have 4G at minimum sometimes 4glte. The 4G is never under 4 bars and the lte is 2 bars most if the time. It's very simple to hook up. Plug and play really. There are apps that you can download to your phone to see exactly where the cell tower signal is coming from. Just download the app and point the outside antenna (which can go inside or outside) in the direction of cell tower , then plug and play. You cannot go wrong with this one. I realize it's expensive compared to the cheaper models but is so worth it. I can mow my yard and stream radio or YouTube. Wish I had bought sooner.

Served it's purpose but didn't really boost signal

I live in a valley a ways from the city. I found that about 30' above my house I could get a couple of bars of cell coverage whereas in my house I had zero coverage. I bought the Connect 4G-X thinking it would actually allow me to boost those two bars and deliver them to my house. I put the antenna on a 40' pole and installed the other antenna in my house. I now have 2 bars coverage in my house with both data and cell available which is what I wanted. That part is great, I was just expecting to actually boost the signal that I can receive with my phone at the point the main antenna is placed. It is awfully pricey but for my application it was worth it, I now have cell coverage in my house and have dropped my internet phone.

I can now use 4G/LTE where I had NO SERVICE! The only thing I would improve would be to have the ability to order the length of cable you need. The standard order came with significantly more cable than needed. So I had to order a smaller (2 ft) connector. But the service I receive from the unit is astounding.

I bought this last year but it was hit by lighting I called customer service and they sent a replacement right away very pleased. The booster works very wel I had 1 or less bars and with booster got 3-4 bars it's great

We have a metal building with a metal roof. Went from 1 bar 3G and lots of dropped calls and very slow data to 4 bars 4g and much faster data! Outside the building we have 2 bars of 4g. Before installing we had only 2 bars of 4g outside. Installed on roof about 8 ft higher than roof.
