I have not gotten it installed yet. I feel sure it will be a great help. Where we are the current un-boosted signal is extremely bad.

We had given up on using our phones at home.

We live in a mountainous rural area. I have an iPhone for my work and could not access my messages when I was at home. I could not prove that I had a Dropped Call to Frontier, so they would not install a booster. Before the weboost antennae we used a satellite dish for internet connection. The service was erratic and expensive. Only because 4 of my neighbors have successfully installed weboost (and love it) would we have dared to risk the time and money to make the switch. Our incoming cell signal is very weak and the weboost makes it good, but not great, unlike our neighbors can stream movies from their hotspot (we can't.) That said, it has definitely been worth it.
Initial cost is hard to swallow, but it made a huge difference in my home. Before the booster, the best signal I would see was about -120Db, with the booster its down to about -60Db. Use to no be able to hold or even make phone calls, now its crystal clear anywhere in the house. I was skeptical at first if it really worked, but as long as you can make phone calls outside, and set it up properly, it really does work, and it works well.
We live in a mountainous area with spotty reception. I did a lot of testing before purchasing the booster and found that the best signal I could get was -102. Because of this poor reception I purchased the strongest booster. Prior to installing this booster we could only receive texts if we kept our phones by the window in one corner of the house. The booster was pretty easy to install and after a bit of trial and error we were able to get a strong 4G signal in our main room and a pretty good signal in the bedrooms (we're in a ranch). We can stream video with no problem. Best of all, we were able to cancel our landline and switch all of our internet to our cell provider so we won't have to get separate satellite service.
I have a mountain property where I am able to get limited reception of 1 bar which spotty connection to make calls. The weboost unit now provides full 3 bars reception. Now I can make calls, send and receive text messages and email.
We purchased the 471104 because we have a log home where we are unable to get any level of cell service on AT&T or Verizon. We have AT&T. We had no cell service for a call and if you were in the right place in the home you may receive a text message. The home is around 2500 sq ft on three levels. Walkout basement, main level, and a loft. We hope by installing the 471104 we would have the ability to make and receive calls on the main level. While doing the soft install much to our surprise we have service on all three levels of the home and went from "no service" to all bars 4G or 2 bars of LTE. My friend came down and his phone had no service on Verizon, after the install of the 471104 he now has service. He ordered his 471104 the next week. So not very often does a product work better than you had hoped it, but in this case the 471104 has exceeded our expectations. For us it's been a really great product and life saver.
After 4G came to town, I installed a "lesser" 4G booster which got me a signal but it was not good and not always usable. So I installed this 4G-X in Jan of 2016. Because it was cold and icy out I did not spend much time aiming the yagi antenna - I just estimated the best rotation for it from my previous antenna exercise and hoped for the best. Here are the numbers I got with no further aiming: Before (lesser 4G booster) After (4G-X) RSRP -78 -61 RSRQ -11 -14 RSSI -50 -32 This, of course, made all the difference. It is now even possible for me to watch a video on a 4G device.
