We got the Boost we needed!

I bought the weboost to use on out 47 foot boat so we would have cell and data as we cruise the inland waterway system. We had some initial compatibility issues with the antenna and power supply (we run it on 110v) but the weBoost support team worked with us to find and correct the problem. We get a solid 20db signal boost and love it!

weBoost is a fast connection

We could not make a call from the house and now we have two to three bars 4G. Going from almost no signal to a fast speed, we will not give up our weBoost. Yes it did take some time to install it proper but worth every minute.

Even though I have cell towers all around me I couldn't get more than 2 bars, maybe, outside and no bars in the house. I purchased the WeBoost Connect and once I identified the tower with the best signal we went to 5 bars in the house and 3 bars sitting on our deck. I'm a very satisfied customer

I was hoping it would work in an urban setting, but no. Maybe signal is too strong coming in, and it overloads. Parts of our office are just void of coverage, and this did not help.

Thank you for writing a review. We are sorry to see that the Connect 4G-X did not meet your needs. The system should show you if it is overloading, by producing amber lights. If all green lights were present, and no noticeable coverage was seen, we want to run through some troubleshooting steps to determine why the coverage is not apparent. If the system is overloading, there are a few steps we can take to compensate for overload like: rotating the external antenna, shielding it, or relocating it. Greatly improved reception

I have a mountain property where I am able to get limited reception of 1 bar which spotty connection to make calls. The weboost unit now provides full 3 bars reception. Now I can make calls, send and receive text messages and email.

Did exactly what we needed. Before: No signal in the basement; After: full signal throughout the house, including roaming from upstairs to downstairs. I thought that cell phone boosters were snake oil, but the 4G-X made me a believer.
