Would have expected much better performance! Set up per instructions and even attempted antenna alignment. Adds very little performance to the our cell phones. Now power supply has failed

As long as you are able to make and keep calls at the external antenna site, the booster should work for your situation. The stronger the outside signal, the more coverage you will see. I was hoping it would work in an urban setting, but no. Maybe signal is too strong coming in, and it overloads. Parts of our office are just void of coverage, and this did not help.

If all green lights were present, and no noticeable coverage was seen, we want to run through some troubleshooting steps to determine why the coverage is not apparent. If the system is overloading, there are a few steps we can take to compensate for overload like: rotating the external antenna, shielding it, or relocating it. I bought the weBoost connect 4G-X about a month ago and I am very happy with it so far. I have very poor cell signal outside my home and absolutely zero phone signal inside my home but after I bought the booster I now have 3 bars with 4g in side my house. If I walk more than about 40 ft away from the antenna my signal strength goes down but hey I am just glad to have signal inside. Now I can cancel my landline.
I would recommend this to a friend!
