I have phone signal!

I bought the weBoost connect 4G-X about a month ago and I am very happy with it so far. I have very poor cell signal outside my home and absolutely zero phone signal inside my home but after I bought the booster I now have 3 bars with 4g in side my house. If I walk more than about 40 ft away from the antenna my signal strength goes down but hey I am just glad to have signal inside. Now I can cancel my landline.

Great coverage and all bands are firing green. 1 hour later they are orange and flashing. Electrician checked out everything with instructions, but the same thing happened over and over again. Disappointed

Thank you for reaching out to us! The orange light indicates that overload is happening at the outdoor antenna. If you were receiving adequate gain, we wouldn't recommend any changes in installation. However, if the boosted signal went away, we'd want to address the situation. There are a few things we can try to help increase the signal inside inside. You can reach us directly here, for support:

In my location we could seldom make a call and rarely got 3G or LTE outside or inside. If you stood in the right spot you could generally send a text message. With this booster we can easily make calls and have a strong LTE signal. The LTE is fast enough where I can easily work from cabin now. The only thing I think weboost should change is the lightning surge protector for the antenna coax should be included with the kit.

From Text Only to Video Streaming

We live in a mountainous area with spotty reception. I did a lot of testing before purchasing the booster and found that the best signal I could get was -102. Because of this poor reception I purchased the strongest booster. Prior to installing this booster we could only receive texts if we kept our phones by the window in one corner of the house. The booster was pretty easy to install and after a bit of trial and error we were able to get a strong 4G signal in our main room and a pretty good signal in the bedrooms (we're in a ranch). We can stream video with no problem. Best of all, we were able to cancel our landline and switch all of our internet to our cell provider so we won't have to get separate satellite service.

So far results are not what I had hoped

I bought this as cellular data is very weak in our house. For as strong as this booster is supposed to be I am not seeing much additional strength in our phones unless standing within 5 to 10 ft from indoor antenna

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our boosters work much like a megaphone, and your situation is likely similar to this analogy. The louder you yell into the mouthpiece, the farther that noise will travel. The same happens in reverse though. The quieter you speak in to the mouth piece, the closer you have to be to hear it. Typically if you have to be closer to the internal antenna, it's a consequence of very poor outside signal. 4-Star Product but 2-Star kit = 3-star review... Read the installation manual and talk with support before ordering to save delivery charges and time delays. Critique 1: The Connect 4G-X kit lacks accessories necessary to make a complete installation: 1. 50 Ohm Lightning Surge Protector plus... 2. 2ft cable with "n" connectors to install the lightning surge protector between the outdoor antenna and the signal amplifier. Critique 2: The website needs better product details and search engine; Critique 3: Kits noted as available in the back of the manual are not linked in the search engine or no longer available?

I now get cell sewrvice where I had none

I installed this in place of a WeBoost 4G that was hit or miss. The 4G-X gets better reception and sends a stronger signal farther in my 1800 sq ft home. Mostly 3G but sometimes 4G service
