Too much interference to be of value. It picked up interference did not add a measurable boost.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We would like to work with you directly to determine what kind of interference you are encountering. When you mention interference, depending on what type of interference you are experiencing, we can help you troubleshoot accordingly. There are a few different reasons you would experience interference, and each require different steps to solve the issue. Please reach us online or call us here:
After installing the 4G-X we did indeed get a boost in ambient signal from a -120 mDb to about a -90. We are hoping to erect a mast to get the booster external antenna clear over the 30ft roof top to hopefully catch a slightly better signal. As of right now, where the antenna is mounted had an ambient -97 and is broadcasting between a -85 to -90 directly in front of the internal antenna. Sadly, this level of performance does not cover more than half of our 3,000 square foot home (well short of the optimistic 7500 sq.ft. listed). I will gladly change my rating if increasing the current 25 feet up to 40 works, but as of right now I can claim it does boost, but not to the level claimed or to my expectation of the rather steep price of the unit (which I would gladly have paid if it simply covered the 3,000 square feet of our home.)

Thank you for taking time to review the Connect 4G-X. I am sorry to see you are not receiving more coverage from the booster. I believe you are on the right track trying to lift the external antenna to try and get a better signal. Generally, for every 3 db that you gain your broadcast area will increase by double. I would like to work with you in trying to increase the broadcast area. You can reach out to us here: http://support.weboost.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or you can give us a call at 866-294-1660.
I am very unhappy with the technical support at weboost. They are all very nice people but Every time I call in I get a different tecnition who gives me different information. we boost and Wilson electronics are the same company but certain products I could not buy from weboost ai had to go on Wilson Electeonics to buy. When I would try and discuss these products with weboost their go to is You didnt buy from us. They assume I bought from Wilson Amplifiers. but then after debate realize I bought from wilson electronics. I was recomeneded by weboost to order a differwnt internal antenna, the next tech I speak with tells me I cant use that antenna in an rv while in motion, later he changes his opinion. One tech suggest I order a longer exterior antenna cord, I do and then the next guy I talks to says thats the wrong cord. the internal antenna required an adapter to my 4g-x drive( why didnt the person who suggested that antenna know to send me an adaptor. I hung up on the tech today cause im trying to ask questions and he wants to talk about my dog, were working here buddy!!! Then he wants to talk about the truker antenna ans why my antenna is better the. the trucker antenna. Once again, focus on the subject were discussing why I have two red lights. I dont care about the trucker antenna. So I finally get it hooked up. four green lights . two bars on my phone so i turn it on and what do i get , stilk two bars on my phone. Now i should call techsupport, but I just dont have the patience for them.

Thank you for taking the time to review the product. I am sorry you are having issues with the product and with our support team. We hope we can help you resolve your issues and instill faith back into our product and support team. The red lights on the booster are indicating feedback between the internal and external antennas. Here is a quick article with some more information on the issue and how to resolve it: http://bit.ly/1Rnrn2g
If your lights are blinking from green to red, the booster is still operating, just at a lower function. We would suggest placing your phone into a field test mode to check the decibel readings instead of the bars, which can be fairly inaccurate. You can reach out to me and I can help you with anything else you need. Here is a link to where you can contact me: http://support.weboost.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

We purchased the 4G-X to provide consistent, reliable cell signal at our "off-grid" cabin in far Northern WI. We had previously tried 2 Z-Boost devices with no success. The moment we "turned-on" the 4G-X 4 bars! Clear signal, phone calls and data were visualized immediately. Installation was simple and the directions were easy to follow. This has given us the peace of mind to be able to make and receive calls when needed. Thank you for this this life changing product.
Several years ago I installed the DB Pro in a large log and stone building. At the time we only had 3G service available and it improved the signal. Then Verizon upgraded to 4G. That's when I decided to upgrade to a bigger system. So far I have been very disappointed. I can not get the first two lights to go green no matter where I point the antenna. I completely moved the inside and outside antennas to different locations with no improvement. Waste of $900.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see that the Connect 4G-X has not improved your signal thus far. We would like to work with you directly to determine why we cannot get adequate separation. We can perform a cable test to ensure cabling hasn't been damaged, and it will identify if it's a damaged part or oscillation. There are a few things we can try to help get better separation between the antennas. Please reach out to us here:

Necessary for cellular service where satellite only service

We mounted the booster on the highest point we could safely reach on the house, on a pole mounted on the exterior of the home about 35 feet high. The satellite only internet available at the location is not reliable. This is a great solution for multiple users and carriers of cellular service. I purchased a Microsoft tablet with a SIM card and added it to my unlimited cellular plan. Able to stream music, Netflix and no longer have to "go into town" for a better signal. Thanks!
DOESN'T WORK YOU ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT HOPE IT WORKS BETTERER

I had no bars to 1 bar of service in my house which was frustrating to say the least. I purchased the Connect 4G-X which we installed in half an hour an went to 4 bars 4G and 3 bars LTE!! I called tech support with registering questions and was extremely satisfied with with their service. All around a great experience!!
