A great product

Our location is 11 miles from the nearest cell tower, in a valley without line of sight to the tower. The weBoost took the signal strength in the house from "no service" to a signal that varies between 1x extended to 3G extended, depending on the strength from the cell phone tower.

I'm a small business owner and rely on my phone 24/7 but do to a metal building my business is in my reception has been spotty at best. After a very easy instillation I now get full bars.Great product would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we couldn't get it to work as well as it should. I live in Florida and our problem was that we had too many other cell towers blocking the AT&T signal to the house.

No better connection

its ok

We overbought. While reading the specs and reviews decided that this would be a good fit to our office. We had one small area with limited to no coverage (one bar on an excellent day, outside of this office averaged two to three bars). we decided on the 4-GX because of the 7500 ft of coverage area theorizing it would only make the other areas better. We placed the antenna in the ceiling above the problem office, WOW four to five bars regularly, outside of that the improved coverage didn't go very far. We could easily have bought half the unit and covered our needs. Set up was not a problem. The lights are constantly flashing orange to green, the help line said this is due to the signal outside being strong enough that the unit wont let it operate at fully power but would not hurt it to operate it in this condition. Ok ?.?.?.?.... We tried moving the antenna in all directions as they suggested with no change. Since we are inside of a metal building that has been added onto a couple of times making multiple steel walls for signals to penetrate I guess we should settle for getting the coverage in the problem area that we originally bought for.
