It worked!

I actually went against their recommendation and bought it anyway. They said it sounded like there wasn't enough signal to boost. We live in a valley with almost no signal. On a good day if we climbed the hill we might get a bar of 4G. Around the outside of the house was -124 to -140db. I took a lot of time test positioning the antenna and now most of the time we get anything from -92 to -102db of 4G LTE inside the house. Enough to text, make calls and send or receive data. It's great!

Worked for me!

We have a 10K square Foot steel building. Cell Service was "ok" inside the building about half the time. But people always left the office or area to go went outside when they got a call. We installed 4G-X as per the instructions and now have great cell service through out the building. The entire 2d floor had zero cell service (no bars) for years. They now have 3 bars. Great product! Breeze to install.

I had just a wavering signal in my backyard ...had to buy a 100 ft cable to reach it actually but I now get 2-3 bars in the house. One of the best and most useful products I've ever bought in my life!

Out in the middle of no where

I purchased this product about two months ago, I live in rural Wisconsin, I was not able to talk on my phone in my house I needed to go outside to talk, and then I only had one bar. Now I have up to 4 bars, and I can now use my hotspot inside my house to go online. I did install my anttenna up in th air about 40 feet connected to a pipe attached to the side of my house, unit operated better then advertised.

I am sixty years young and have purchased many electronic products over the years and I rarely give a top rating primarily due to the products dubious quality. I am happy to report to you that build, fit and finish of my We boost product is top notch. Went from one bar to four after careful installation and a couple of coaching tips from the knowledgeable, courteous (and available!) technical staff at Weboost. The rural isolation of southern Missouri are no hill for a climber like my Weboost!

Have a single story office building that is in an area that gets 2 bars of signal. The building itself blocks almost all signals inside the building so phone reception is near zero. The flaw is that if the outside signal is too strong, the booster will lower its power to be almost unusable. In our case, we pointed the outside antenna at the nearest tower which is apparently "too close" so even though there is zero signal inside, the booster won't actually boost because it thinks boosting isn't needed. There should be a way to override this "feature."

The booster, as it experiences overload, will try to adjust the gains to work inside. There are times where you can see coverage even with overload, but sometimes it adjusts the gain too much to help combat the overload. This appears to be the case in your situation, but there are ways we can attenuate the signal when turning the antenna doesn't work. Outstanding Product

We bought this a few months ago but just got it installed. Because we live in a valley our cellular performance has been sketchy unless you were at a backwindow or outside. Even then we only saw 1 bar. Im sitting in our house at this moment with 2 bars. Sometimes with improved atmospherics we get 3 bars. And the big surprise is on the front porch we now have 2 bars, excellent phone and texting services. Before this cellular performance on our front porch was nonexistent.
