Keeps lossing screen? Needs unplug!

I have used >10 of USB2VGAE3 on Windows 7 and recently upgraded to Windows 10 Professional.
Randomly in Windows 7/10 Prof, the second screen will be blank, we have to unplug the USB2VGA and plug back in to revival the screen. I have updated all drivers to Trigger V18.x already. No help either. Very ignoring!

Excellent Product

Seamless and error free installation. Works great. Thinking about adding another monitor for a total of 5 on my desktop workstation. After using multiple monitors, I find it very confining and restrictive to use just one!

Works great, but don't, touch your touch screen

Does what it's supposed to do, just one possible bug in the latest software that can cause a problem for you. If you have a touch screen computer, don't touch the screen on your computer, because the mouse arrow or pointer (whatever it's called) Will disappear. It disappears on my windows 10 computer as it is intended to do when you use the touch screen, then comes back when you use the mouse again. However the pointer or arrow will not return on a non touch screen monitor that is hooked up to your computer using this product, and I had to restore the computer and reinstall the software to fix the problem since that's the only way I knew how to. So if you don't want to do a bunch of unnecessary work, don't touch your touch screen on your laptop, notebok, or tablet, while using this product if you have the same problem I do, other than that works great.

I am not an it person. Simply read on line how to easily hook up a second monitor to my home computer. Person recommended using an external USB VGA adapter. I made sure the connection would work with my monitor, purchased adapter, hooked up, setup and everything worked perfect. Couldn't have been easier. Perfect.

I use 4 of these on 2 computers with a 6 screen setup
and all work with no issues and have for several years. Much easier to setup and use than fooling with opening the computer and attempting to install multi monitor video cards (believe me I have tried) and way less expensive.

Not compatible with Windows 8 ??!?

I have 4 of them, upgraded my windows and now for nearly a month can't use them because they do not provide Windows 8 driver !! Absolutely insane.

We have recently updated our drivers for this product online to support Windows 8 and 8.1. It is possible however, that the drivers provided on the CD still contain an older version. We suggest discarding this CD in favour of the drivers posted online. We also highly recommend that you update your primary video card drivers direct from their source.

It works!!!!

Bought this to put an extra monitor on my widows 8.1 laptop. Did not work out of the box. Tech support was great- I needed to download the driver from the web- the one on the CD did not work. He helped me set it up and now it is all I had hoped for. GREAT Product, great job. Great
