The coating is already coming off. Never used metal on it or put in the dishwasher. Wouldn’t recommend for a family that likes to cook.

A year or so ago I bought a Cuisinart 12” skillet and fell in love with it. I use it all the time and don’t know how I survived without it. A few months ago I was going to make a frittata and I needed a 10” skillet. The only one I had was very old and not very good to cook with. I went on line and saw this 10” beauty. It was love a first sight. It was almost like my 12” skillet so I knew it was a winner. Now the only problem I have is trying to choose which one to use. I try not to show any favoritism. Seriously, I really love this skillet. Nothing sticks to it....you don’t have to use any oil or butter. Sometimes I use a spray of Pam. Eggs come out easily. It heats evenly and holds the heat. Nothing sticks to it so washing is a breeze. I would recommend this 10” skillet highly.
