Love this oven!!

This oven replaces another oven we had for 14 years. I love my new GE Oven because of the grill on top, the fact that it is a convection oven ( my first), and it totally matches the other appliances in my kitchen.

Great Cooking and Baking but Quirky Controls

We like cooking with the burners. They are very versatile and controllable. The griddle was a nice feature, and is a nice heavy cast iron. The convection oven works very well, as does the warming drawer.
However, the oven touch pad controls are a bit unintuitive, not well documented, and require very heavy pressure to activate. We find it easier to set the kitchen timer or oven temperature via WiFi and the SmartHQ app. You really need to download the full manual online to understand the controls. But even then, spend some time experimenting with it before you try to bake something. And use your thumb so you can press hard enough.

the front control panel is a bit bother some. have to "mash" the panel to get things to work for the oven

Not sure about temperature probe I think it’s too short to get a reading without getting burned. I also wish it came with other center piece aluminum and the cast iron both. Other than that so far so good

We are really happy with this purchase. The range is amazing - especially the large burner feature. The first time we used it to cook rice, it was so fast; the rice was done in half the time. The oven, too, is really efficient.
