I bought all new appliances recently and this is by far my favorite. I love cooking on gas! The oven works wonderfully. I even like the sound the timer makes. Wonderfully crafted, cooks everything to perfection.

Very powerful range

This range is very different than the one preceding it, a range that I had for 15 years. This range is much more powerful and, as a result, has led to some problems. The first evening I broiled, keeping the meat on the second highest rack, the meat and fat caught on fire! Baking soda put out the fire but forced me to change the way I broil. I also was quite angry at GE for not informing me that I owned such a powerful range. Even the top burners are more powerful so that I have to carefully regulate the flames under my pots and pans. Otherwise, items burn easily and/or spill out of the pot. On the positive side, I like the center burner/grill area very much. The burner and grill make great pancakes. The stovetop area is quite large. Large pots fit well. So I would highly recommend to GE that a new and powerful GE range be accompanied by some material explaining the power of the range. The materials I was given or told I could download, did not provide the needed information.

I purchased this range back in October 2015. Had minor problems with the bulb burning out, but GE has giving me the proper replacement bulb which is upgraded from the bulb which came with the stove. Also, the warming drawer glider was broke, but GE has seemed to repair it to my satisfaction. We used this oven & stove from Thanksgiving turkey, Christmas ham & cookies, to all of our stove top meals. My wife and I are happy with it and it's a great addition to our newly renovated kitchen.

profile range -natural gas

We love this range!!!! Linked to my microwave and smartphone. The burners are all different. Can change out the middle burner to a grill or griddle. The oven is regular or convection. The oven meat probe is a nice addition. The Broiler in the bottom drawer is great!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could !!!!!!!

Works great. Burners and oven both more powerful

All of the burners and the ovens work great. No problems and this model replaced our previous GE model the was taken out of service due to the gas disaster in the Merrimack Valley in Massachusetts in September.
