We've had this for two months and are very happy with it. It has almost every feature we wanted. The only exception was the lack of a wok stand. We did a lot of shopping around, and this was the best combination of value and features. The burners have a lot more power than our older stove, although the oven is a bit smaller than the old one. But that hasn't caused us a problem yet.

Came with new construction house. Touchpad needed replaced and is difficult to use. Drawer needed replaced. Actual cooking is great, but the finishing touches are not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The slide out rack is easy to check heavy dishes for doness. I use the oven light to check on food while it is cooking without needing to open the oven door!
