I love this stove. I looked and researched and found that this model had some awesome features. I love the center burner it is oval or you can use it as a single burner. This was the best it allowed me to have 5 burners instead of 4 without burning the handles on my pans! The oven is great and the racks are easy to pull out. Best appliance! Now I need a refrigerator!

Contact buttons were overly difficult to operate. Needed to hold onto back of panel to apply enough pressure to activate. Operators manual online, rather than packed with appliance. Upon second use when only 8 days old, oven would not continuously control temperature. Would repeatedly drop back to PREHEAT when trying to maintain 350 temp. Thanksgiving turkey was unfit to eat after going thru reheating cycle too numerous times to remember. Item returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

everything else works fine, but the bluetooth never work at all, not able to connect to android iphone

Very poor efficiency. Bleeds a ton of heat through top of range when using oven.
