I ordered a manual for the stove & have received it. I would like to have a light on the top of the stove and separate lights for each oven. Also, I would like two timers so I can use them when both ovens are going. I really like the double oven and the covered heating elements. I would like the option of a white range, am not a fan of stainless steel

I always owned Double Oven Range. This oven range is great! More upgrading than the older version of GE. There is one thing that I am not crazy with the bottom oven that being so low almost to the floor.

Good fit for a range/double oven

Due to issues with a 4 yr range (different brand), we were in need of a double oven. This GE range met our needs of being a self-cleaning oven. Plus, the width was the exact fit (not all ranges are the same width). So far, our only issue has been that the steam-cleaning function is inadequate in cleaning. This is not surprising since it seems that steam cleaning just doesn't compare to the self-cleaning in other ranges - which is why we required an oven with the self-cleaning function.

Double oven without the wall!

The double oven is a great feature to have! You do not have to heat the entire oven if you are only baking a small item. I never had a convection oven before but have used it three times so far - and it produced wonderfully moist meats.
The upper oven does seem to run hot so keeping an eye on baked goods is a good idea.
I would recommend this to a friend!
