thermostat problem

bought this stove 10 days ago and have a service call in as both the ovens have problems with thermostat. The ovens do not stay at temp or within a reasonable temp range i.e.: set temp to 350* and after temp reached & burner goes out temp falls about 100*
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We selected this range because of consumer ratings plus all the features, 20,000 BTU's burner, interchangeable griddle and rack. Double oven, convection. Also purchased microwave and is able to pair both appliances. Once you turn on stovetop it will automatically turn on light and fan. Excellent cooking both stovetop and oven.

I bought this stove in December. We have done lots of stove top cooking and it is pretty good! The heat on the front left burner is incredible! Initially, we burnt some food but got better at figuring it out. The front right burner is the "normal" burner we use a lot. The top stove is great because we usually don't have a large item to place in the bottom stove, in fact, we have yet to use the bottom stove. My main complaint is that the stove does not appear to heat up correctly. We need to contact them about this. Be sure you need two stoves otherwise the extra cost will not be worth it.
