great taste!

I rec'd this as a gift from SodaStream. It works really well, but is pretty tight getting it on. I start zipping it, then have to pull the next part together so I can zip that, & so on. I've read they do loosen up after a while. I've only used it 3 or 4 times.
But it does certainly do what it's supposed to do.

Our old Penguin broke and when I called to see if I could get help fixing it, I was amazed to learn that it had a life-time warranty. Our new Penguin arrived a week later and we are happily carbonating again. Love it!

When I called about a defective model that I had, they immediately set up to exchange my defective unit for a "new" one. After receiving my "new" unit, I've found that it has different defects from my original one, but they are tolerable and the unit is useable.

This is my third soda stream machine. My first was not the top of the line and lasted about 9 months. My second was the top of the line. Great product. Easy to use. I always have diet coke on hand. However, the machine fizzles out after about a year. I use it constantly, so perhaps I over use it. But, I would hope that this new one lasts longer. I make about 12 bottles of carbonated beverages a week. It is costly to keep replacing it.
