Lower rack needs an overhaul

Lower rack has a bumpy transition from the inside to the outside, not a smooth one. We also experienced the collapse of the tines of the lower rack with the subsequent racket of plates. This diswasher was the standard equipment of the new house we moved into. I would not recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lower Rack Flaw

This is a beautifully designed dishwasher... with a design flaw. The lower rack is unable to support weight and the wheels pop off. All of them. I've now begun using the bottom rack wheel-less... so it slides (wobbly).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SUPER QUIET

It is a great dishwasher. We have had it for 7 years now, and has worked flawlessly. With the controls on the top edge, it looks sleek and neat. Incredibly quiet too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drawers don’t pull out smooth just grind on metal

I give it 1 star because it lights up inside and that is nice, but I have used my dishwasher 2 times and already the metal inside is corroding on the pull out drawers guides. The metal grinds against corroded metal, making it hard to pull out and push in the drawers. No nice smooth drawer guides to make the drawers glide n slide!! I’m so sorry that I bought it!

The dishwasher is built cheap and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Dishwasher steer clear of this Make and Model. I have had nothng but problems with our GE Cafe Dishwasher and the worst part is GE will not stand behind there product.

Satisfied after a Year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with this dishwasher. I like that it’s quiet, gets everything clean, and on the Ultra Dry cycle, everything is dry. What more can I ask? It’s been only 1-1/2 years, so we’ll see how well it behaves in the future.
