Charger issue renders camera nonfunctional

The charger provided has too short of a pin, and so after only a few months of use, it now fails to turn on.

Great Concept but could use an upgrade

Hi. I love this concept and design. Needs an upgrade to USB C, wider viewing angle and software to follow the speaker... That said, it is a super easy plug and play solution that is easy to use. I would love to see the HDMI plug for external monitors return, so you only have one cable to the laptop. We use in a coworking space with TVs on the wall.

This device is surpassing my original hopes. Easy to use simply connect. I use with Teams and it has been simple. Quality is excellent.

The camera does not move around as much as I would like it to. The speaker also does not get loud enough. Otherwise it is ok.

Reasonably Priced Alternative to Owl Labs Conference Cam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a university professor, I often need higher-quality video conferencing equipment when either recording student presentations or welcoming a guest speaker via Zoom. As my university doesn't have this type of equipment to borrow or use, I chose to try LogiTech ConferenceCam to test out its capabilities. While the video and sound quality is excellent, my one gripe is that while I could connect input and output audio by bluetooth, I could not do the same for the camera function which seemed to rely on being connected by a cord to my personal computer or device. This was a bit annoying in a classroom situation where I was obligated to keep the camera near the computer as we physically moved the camera to view the speaker and audience. This otherwise is great for its price point!
