Cleans Well

This dish washer cleans more consistently than any dishwasher I have had in the past. I don't have to rewash a bunch when I unload it. I like that there is no top shelf spinning spray bar.

Simple to use, limited washing options, but a good looking unit for a reasonable price. Fairly quiet and does a good job washing dishes.

Not a good dishwasher

You review a dishwasher based on how well it cleans. This one does not clean well. It will be one of the first appliances I replace in this new house, well before it stops working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could hold more inside, and cycles could be shorter. Other than that good dishwasher.

I am very happy with my new Whirlpool dishwasher. I especially appreciate the "lock" feature so the little ones can't disrupt the cycle.

Can be a bit noisy

Overall I like it, two minor annoyances are sound and water remaining on dishes after dry mode. In my place the dishwasher is close to the living room, so it is noticeable if washing while washing TV. I have a Maytag washer and the dish washer is louder than the spin cycle. Also seems like there is a bit of water that sits on the tops of glasses always need to wipe them off when putting away even after using dry mode. Product should some how try to incorporate some sort of air function to reduce the amount of water. Not sure how to accomplish this, but I am sure some engineer can figure it out.
