Purchasing this dishwasher came after an exhaustive review of many, may other machines, and after 10 years of an expensive machine that caused 10 years of problems. This was thee only machine that got consistently excellent reviews from other buyers. I have been using it now daily for three months without a single issue.It is very quiet. Cleans dishes perfectly -- I only use the one hour cycle (not sure why I would want to wash my dishes for more than an hour!) I have absolutely no problems with wet dishes after the cycle is over. The interior space is actually the same as many other more expensive brands. I can get a lot of dishes in there and they still come out clean. The tub interior is plastic, which is absolutely fine -- not sure why anyone cares about a stainless interior -- it makes no difference.In the end -- don't we just want to load the dishwasher, press a button and come back to clean dishes? I have a fancy kitchen and this machine looks great in there!Believe me on this one -- save your hard-earned dough and buy this dishwasher. All those expensive features on big name brands . . . you probably will never use them. Plus -- check it out -- even the fanciest, most expensive brands have poor reviews from consumers!!After 10 years of a bum machine and many repairs, I am thrilled with this dishwasher!

So Quiet!

I reaplaced a 16yr oils standard whirlpool dishwasher with this new Whirlpool and I am go glad I did, not only is it quiet but my dishes are Clean!

Good dishwasher

The dishwasher has worked really well since we bought it. It was easy to install and has great features including a 4 hour delay which I use all the time. The racks are well placed and easy to places dishes, it also cleans more then expeceted

I must say that I was hesitant at first to purchase my dishwasher because this particular model really was the no frills, basic dishwasher. I had never owned a Whirlpool appliance before, so I was a little uncertain. Well, was I surprised at how efficient this dishwasher is! Quiet...and, it actually cleans the dishes! After owning the so called "top of the line/best of the best name brand" out there dishwasher, my new Whirlpool dishwasher takes the prize, hand down! Shame on me for not purchasing a Whirlpool years ago! You got me Whirlpool; I am a dedicated a loyal fan!
