It is light compares with other brand. I like the ECO button. It saves energy. The timer helps. I wish they come out with wifi model and multiple set time for on/off.
Great purchase, keeps entire room warm. Temperature control with auto shutt-off saves me money too

Great Heat Almighty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful heater. I've been using a central heat/air furnace for so long, I forgot what REAL heat felt like. Seriously, there is a huge difference in warmth. This DeLonghi Dragon4 1,500 Watt Electric Heater came right on time. It's been a long hot summer but it's going to be even a longer winter but I will be warm and cozy due to my new DeLonghi heater. YAY! I love the wheels because this heater is strong, durable, and tad on the heavy side. The wheels glide so easily and you can turn them any which way you want. NO lifting! However, there is a hand hold slot on the back so if you do need to lift it, you can do so very conveniently. The cord wrap at the lower front bottom is also very convenient, especially for summer storage. The heat radiates from the top and the entire machine is virtually silent. NO clanging or whirring noises at all. Not only does this product looks sleek and modern with it's digital controls, it fits into any decor. It is an oil filled radiator that NEVER needs refilling. Another big YAY! Very easy to operate and really for the most part, self explanatory. It does come with a very nice instruction booklet that includes images. In addition they include a Safety TIPs sheet. There is also customer support card that displays phone numbers for USA and Canada. The phone numbers are toll free so if you have any questions at all, you may contact them easily. The digital display consist of everything you want and more. On/Off, brightness of display, heat adjustment, timer, and even an eco button. The Eco button is great because you can push it so it will automatically save energy. You'll need a properly polarized A/C 110/120 V household outlet for this heater. Another great feature, it has a KEYBOARD LOCK. The keyboard lock is a great way to prevent anyone from changing your settings. Press the + and - signs at the same time for 3 seconds and you'll see the lock icon on the digital display. So easy!

Heating by Mutual Induction

The Delongi TRD40615E Dragon 4 heater is the sure bet when it comes to heating. Typical heaters which have a hair dryer element, fan and thermostat are pretty useless compared to this passive heater. When heating or cooling it always takes more time to achieve the temperature when heating or cooling when using fluids. Once at temperature, this fluids are more efficient, due to their resistance in losing temperature. This heater will consume less energy that a forced air, coil/fan heater. Say the thermostat is at 70 degrees. Once the heater gets to 70 the oil will be at 70 degrees. With oil having a higher viscosity than air it will continue to heat the room, taking a longer time to lose its residual heat. However, an air, electric element and fan cool off extremely fast due to their construction of thin lightweight medals. Thus the hair dryer with a fan will have to cycle on again. The heater with element fan and thermostat will cycle more often than the oil filled chimney designed heater. So physics proves my point, hot air rises, same sized rooms, shapes materials within the room the oil filled heater is more efficient than the heater with open element and fan while trying to achieve the same outcome. Delongi has a great design. I have used this model in a 200 square foot room which is above a garage. The house thermostat at 68 this one room will be at 64. With the additional supplimental heating from this radiator style heater I no longer worry if the room is warm. The room will stay at 68 because of the oil filled heater.

Need a tech degree to program
on January 31, 2023

The heater model I’ve used for years was unavailable so I thought I’d upgrade to the Dragon. It’s a nightmare to program unless you are under 30. When I finally gave up and called to make the return, it was ONE DAY past the return window of 30 days and they just flat said no. After using their products exclusively for 25 years they chose to alienate a regular customer. VERY turned off on Delonghi now, so beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small and High Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised at how small and powerful this heater is! It's only about 3 feet high and looks super compact but it really lets out the heat! I've had space heaters in the past that stand up, but this one doesn't tip over - the rollers on the bottom are a really nice addition. You can't even hear this thing! I'm very happy and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who lives in a cold climate. Winter is coming and I'm happy we've got this space heater to help keep us WARM. Definitely a thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just in time for the chili weather! Really easy to use. No assembly required. Just lay down the electric heater and pull the wheels outward and your ready to go. It also has handles on each side that you can use to move the heater from location to location. Set desired temperature and just wait for the warm up. Style is very modern. Overall very nice and great for warming up your living area.
