I'm saving a ton of money thanks to my Rivo. The only issue I have is the steamer doesn't heat the milk enough so I have to put my drink in the microwave toeat it up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed in Rivo & Keurig

Unfortunately, the Rivo made really bad tasting drinks. I did all the troubleshooting steps on the web site and followed customer service advice and ran vinegar through it, twice. Still had a very plastic and tinted taste. No matter what kind or brand milk was used. Then had to PAY almost $22 to send their machine back. Even though I am a Platinum Keurig Member with multiple machines registered with them. Last time I'll order from the Keurig site. First time I've ever had a problem like this in years of dealing with Keurig. Don't understand it at all.

I love this machine! Even my husband who doesn't drink any kind of coffee has a cup every morning! I'd love more flavors available but it's totally understandable that it just came out and i can wait for additional flavors. if you like a simple cup of Joe then this isn't the machine for you but it's perfect for us!
great machine at a great price, couldn't be easier to use, and makes great espresso, cappuccinos and lattes with ease. use constantly. my only complaint so far is that for about a week i thought my frother was broke due to the milk i was using not wanting to make any froth at all, new jug of milk fixed that though.
My husband ordered me this Rivo from Rivo.com and received it in 1 day. How wonderful and surprising. I made my first cappaccino today and cannot express how delicious it was. Probably even better than what I paid for at coffee shops. Thank you Keurig for such quality.....

I love my Rivo, use it everyday. I have not been to a coffee shop since I got it, so saving a lot of money fixing what I like at home. Only problem I've had is that Soy Milk doesn't foam well, but I understand that is normal for Soy Milk. I would love it if Keurig made a Hot Chocolate for this machine.
