In love with Kuerig

I already had a Kuerig K cup machine which I loved and used daily. This machine is brilliant! Now when I want to have a latte or cappuccino instead of just a cup of coffee I don't have to go out to the corner coffee shop I can make my own easily at home anytime! The whole process is very easy to use and many options to try so I never get bored. I enjoy mixing and matching the different coffee flavors to get a cup that is perfect for me. The machine is very quiet which is also a big plus early in the morning. The amount of money I will save in the long run from the coffee shops is going to more than pay for the machine. Everyone at my party loved how quick and easy to use the machine was, and how many different ways they could personalize their coffee. The only complaint is it would be awesome if you could start the foaming and brewing process at the same time to make the whole process even quicker. I am beyond happy we were able to try this awesome product and look forward to drinking many more perfect cups of espresso!

Easy to use!

Love that we can make our own lattes at home - iced and hot. I love having a frother, It's pretty awesome. I just wish the pods weren't so hard to find

Great coffe maker, but very limited in scope. Does expresso and lattes well, but some days you want something else.
Pros: Consistant, Easy
Cons: Lack Of Choice - Only 4, Can Not Use K Cup Coffees

Purchased 3 months ago. The handle to punch the holes in the pods quit working. Big investment for it only to work for 3 months.

I bought this in late October and it only worked a month. I cannot get support to assist me in a return, Its been awful. I picked this over the Nesspresso. HUGE MISTAKE!!!

great machine when it was bought it in dec 2014 and it leaks water and I cannot use it jan 10th 2015 I only drink expresso and latte so I am going back to the traditional way with coffee grounds and steam no pucks

Less then a year young quit brewing

Great Coffee while it worked, less then a year after purchase for Fathers Day, This machine broke down! Cant close the Top Lid, almost like the needles are dull, unable to open the machine as its Fort Knocked.....Hesitant to purchase another one
