Love the machine but Hate the Froth Cup

When the Rivo first came out I was on board. In fact, I bought two. One for our house and one for our daughters. It worked very well at first and then I noticed the numbers on the cup wore off and Immediately after that the stem inside broke. I have been through two of these now and the steaming tube broke again. Makes me mad that this part of the Rivo isn't designed to last. This is it. When this part breaks all the way. I'm done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

terrible frother

The frother on this machine stopped working twice after being replaced with our warranty.

No coffee with order

There was no coffee with the order as shown on what is included very disappointing this was a Christmas present to my wife and there was nothing to try I would not recommend . Open the box before Christmas or you will be bad disappointed

Started out great but...

I would love to give this machine 5 stars but after a great start this machine started presenting a known fault in that it enjoyed an alarm and shut down during either frothing or coffee making. Loved it but know don’t know what to do.
