I absolutely love this machine! It is so easy to use & the coffee is just amazing. I have been wanting an espresso machine for a long time & I think this one is perfect! Highly reccomend it!

I have waited almost a year to write this review, in order to give the Rivo an honest review. I absolutely LOVE this system! The fresh frothed milk, the ability to make hot AND iced drinks, and the delicious flavors of each espresso brew (Delicato, Classico, Intenso, Decaf)... The possibilities are practically endless! That being said, here are a few CONS: 1: The rubber circles (used to balance the machine) on the bottom of our machine fell off after about 2 months of use so when the machine froths, it can be VERY noisy. 2: After only 1 year of average use (3-5 drinks per week) the system occasionally stops working. There are no "troubleshoot" options to fix those problems, so I've had to unplug it and hope that it starts back up again. 3: The frothing cup had cracks in it, even though I have only hand washed it from day one. Overall, the Rivo System is good. It serves its purpose, and makes great tasting drinks!

Love the Rivo!

I love the Rivo, the coffee is delicious and great drinks are easy to make! We love the fact that the machine turns off automatically and it collects the used cups. I do wish you could froth and brew at the same time. But overall, I highly recommend the Keurig Rivo for my fellow espresso lovers!

There are very few things I've owned that make me happy and save me time and money the way the Keurig Rivo does. It couldn't be easier to use, and the beverages it turns out rival any we've had from a coffeeshop! The espresso is just the right strength and the frothed milk comes out light and fluffy every time. It's a totally authentic taste and experience, rivaling even beverages I've had in Italy. The most exciting part of owning this is how cost effective it is to make my own incredibly delicious drinks from the comfort and privacy of my own home. I feel like I'm truly giving myself an indulgent treat without spending a fortune to do so.

I've fallen in LOVE

I have really enjoyed the Keurig Rivo Cappuccino & Latte System. I think I have fallen in love to be honest. It has been the perfect addition to my kitchen appliances and one that gets quite a bit of use, I may add. It makes the most delicious espresso drinks and comes with a recipe book with lots of choices. I've also enjoyed creating my own espresso drinks. It works quietly, so no loud brewing or frothing sounds. The system is easy to use and clean which is a total perk in my book. The only thing that would make this system the complete package, is if it could brew an actual cup of coffee. Sometimes I want just a cup of coffee so I have to use my classic Keurig k-cup system for that. My guests really seemed to enjoy the drinks as well! It was a super-hot day so several of the guests opted for the iced lattes. I also had a couple of kids in attendance and they loved the decaf iced lattes as well.

I make my husband Peanut Butter Espresso Blenders every morning and it takes espresso. This makes my life so much easier. My mom also loves when I make her coffee with her Keurig and add a shot of espresso and frothed milk on top. She said it's better than the coffee shop!

I absolutely love the Keurig Rivo System. I use it to make cappuccinos and lattes (usually french vanilla) instead of going to Starbucks, and I actually prefer the Rivo over Starbucks! I love it because it's fast, easy to use, and saves SO much money! I also like that you can make so many different beverages with just one machine...so many possibilities! It's also so easy to clean!!! I also like that there are different brews available. The only thing I could ask for is a refillable cup (like with regular Keurig machines) so that I could save even more money!
