Everyone at the party loved the Rivo, it is a great cappuccino & Latte System. I wish the machine wasn't so long and heavy and that you could do the espresso and milk at the same time. It would be great if it would do coffee also, a one in all machine everyone loved the fact that you could use your own milk and had the option of soy or lactose free milk (we had two ladies at the party who couldn't have milk)

Very Authentic! Star-who?!

I was selected by House Party to host a party featuring the Keurig Rivo. I have been using this machine every day for almost two weeks now, and I have to say it is truly authentic and just as good if not better than anything I could get at Starbucks or any place like it. I look forward to many many lattes in the future with this machine anf right from the comfort of my own home. Even my husband, who doesn't care for coffee much loves the Rivo and the beverages I have made for his using it! I will most definitely recommend this to friends and relatives!

I have all three of the Keurig brewing systems. The Rivo and the Vue sit on my new "coffee bar" and my platinum sits in my office. I was a huge fan of the cafe drinks in the Vue packs and the Gevalia packs in the platinum until I got my Rivo. As a diabetic I love the fact that I can now make sugar-free lattes in any flavor I choose at home at the touch of a few buttons. I am a fan of the pods as you get a consistently excellent cup of coffee without the mess and fuss. In regards to price. I feel that the excellent customer service that Keurig offers more than makes up for the price as does their awesome warrenty policy. I find the price of a box of pods to be far cheaper than a small, burnt-tasting coffeehouse drink, plus I save on gas. I really can find no cons to the product. It is slower than the other brewers, but more goes into the drinks and you can't brew two pods back-to-back even though there is a reservoir, but that isnt much of a complaint.

Awsome, Simple, Amazing

The RIVO machine is very easy to use, allows you to make a variety of espresso drinks. I love the option to froth cold for an iced latte. You can use any type of cold milk. There are 4 choices of espresso to use. All the types of drinks it makes were amazing, but my favorite is the iced classico latte. I would recommend this to any of my friends that buy lattes or cappuccinos, will save you a ton of money making them yourself at home whenever you want to, or however you want to. Only one thing to be careful with is the drip tray the directions say it will fill up, so remove it cautiously so you don't spill it everywhere like I did. (My fault I should of been more careful). Thank you Keurig this is an Amazing machine!

It's my kind of Coffee System

I've used this product to make flavored cappuccinos, lattes, and iced beverages. It is great in all these areas because you can create your own frothed milk which adds an authentic coffeehouse taste. The only thing I would say is not that great about it is the noise level when it is brewing. Other than that I love the system.

Consistent Crema At Home

I've had this machine for a few weeks now and I must say, I am impressed with the consistently great pull of espresso. Full bodied, great crema, two strength options, and that's just the espresso side! The frother has three options, hot short, hot tall, cold tall. All work very well. The cold froth has been great for iced lattes. The hot froth has produced cafe worthy foam for cappuccinos. We did use it with almond milk, which will froth a little, but you won't get the same build on the foam, or the consistency with almond milk. It tastes good, though! (I prefer to use whole milk for the texture.) There is a new feature on the Rivo that I appreciate - the pod catcher. When you're finished with a pod, it is released into a bin that collects at least a dozen pods before needing to be emptied. Any excess steam/water runs through this as well and drains into the drip tray - which is equipped with a floater to tell you when to empty it. I love it when things are simple. The water tray is located on the side and slides into place, making it easy to fill. It can be a bit difficult to slide back in once it is filled, but once you get the hang of it, it's okay. All of the parts you need to clean are easy to remove and clean. The R-pods are LaVazza and come in 4 roasts, and only 4 roasts. While the LaVazza pods taste wonderful, more options would be great. I have also only found them at one store in my area. My real issue with the pods are the environmental waste they cause. But the plastic in the pod is less than that in a plastic cup at a coffeehouse. If they solve that issue, I wouldn't hesitate to give it 5 stars. (I was able to try the Rivo System for free, through Houseparty.com. My comments and reviews are my real thoughts.)

Fantastic coffee drinks!

Just had a party for about 20 guests. Everyone gave me their coffee orders (cappuccino's, latte's, espresso, etc.). Machine is super easy to use and makes delicious coffee drinks.

Amazing system!! Had the Rico party today and all my guests were very impressed!! Thank you Keurig for the opportunity to host such an amazing party!! It is very easy to use and the drinks are coffee house quality without the high price tag per drink!
