A Busy Family, On The Run Machine

With ease, we were able to set up and use the Keurig Rivo Cappuccino & Latte System. Everyone who used the machine at our HouseParty thought it was very simple to use to get a coffeehouse style beverage. For the time it would take to stand (or drive through) in line at "You know where", we were able to make our very own beverage that was a fraction of the cost and similar if not better quality. With the push of a button we were able to have a custom, tasty & quality beverage! Frothing the milk was fun! Some like it thicker, some like it cold and all those options and more are available to customize your drink to the exact way you like it. The only complaints about the system were these: Single use milk frother instead of one which could froth for multiple cups & the system turning of after a very short time of inactivity. Overall this is a great system for a busy, on the go family who loves their daily dose of fancy-schmancy drinks.

I received this Keurig RIVO Cappuccino and Latte System through the House Party application program for testing and review. I use this product on a daily basis to brew specialty coffee drinks in my home for myself and my family. This machine was used to host a House Party for multiple people as required by House Party. The things that are great about this System is that it is definitely easy and enjoyable to use. It is in no way difficult or confusing to use. A young teenager who enjoys coffee can easily learn how to use it. The coffee beverages brewed with this machine are outstanding in quality and taste. It is easy to maintain and to clean. Since my review is supposed to be honest and truthful these are the problems that arose with the System. Here are the things that are not great about the machine, when you are trying to brew beverages for multiple people (10-12)there are several problems that arise. The Manuel states that the System will shut down after 2min of inuse. I found this not to be correct as my machine shuts down much faster and more frequently then is stated otherwise. I noticed also that if the milk frother is not rinsed after each use and milk is left in the pitcher it will suddenly began to spew everywere. The Manuel also states that the catch tray will fill with water after 10-12 uses. Again I found this to be not the case as my machine almost overfills in the catch tray after 4-5 uses. These problems slow up the use of the machine when you are trying to brew for multiple people. Also my machine got very hot and I had to shut it down for safety reasons and allow to cool before I could turn it on and begin to use it again. Again slowed the process of brewing for multiple people. These are the things that happened while I was hosting my House Party. However, everyone who attended was very impressed and excited about the machine. They were very interested in purchasing their own personal System. These are the only not so great things about the System and unfortunately because of these issues I really thought at one point my machine was broken and was very upset and sad. It seems to be ok from what I can tell but I am now very cautious about its use. I want to say that I personally love this machine and it does everything it claims and more. The beverages are better than authentic and the quality is superb as well. It is an awesome machine for personal and one family use. Again-Love,Love,Love this machine. Very impressed and grateful I was given this opportunity to taste and review this machine.

No more coffeehouse prices!

I love this machine! I use it to make my daily americanos or white chocolate mochas. It also works great for frothing the milk for my chai tea lattes or vanilla steamers for the kids!

This machine is very fun! It makes super hot coffee and froths the milk very well. It is a bit loud but nothing annoying. I did notice you should wait a few minutes between each cup. We made 3 or 4 in a row and the milk spilled all over some how. We cleaned it up and waited a few minutes and turned it back on and it worked like a charm. The drip tray and rivo cup disposal bin is super hard to get back in once removed. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong but one of my girls finally got it back in. Having a disposal cup is a super idea and I wish my regular Keurig had one. It's easy to use. We kept saying "Coffee, flavor, milk" to everyone who asked how to do it. The machine froths the milk very good. My friend made one with skim milk and it wasn't as frothy as 2% but that probably has to do with the fat content. We used a caramel syrup to flavor the coffees and it was delicious. It think it tasted as good as in a coffee shop and way more convenient. That is the most exciting part; I do not have to travel far to get a fancy cup of coffee! People will now come to Melissa's Cafe ;) The reason it cannot have 5 stars is because it can't use the regular k-cups. It is rather large and if you have limited counter space, you have to choose between having this or your original Keurig. It's also very heavy and awkward to pick up and move. But that is also a good thing because it's not flimsy or cheap. I do love this machine and am excited to own one and share drinks with my family and friends. Thank you!!

LOVE THIS SYSTEM!!!

This product is VERY easy to use, clean and best of all NO mess!! It makes a variety of beverages that in my opinion taste better then expensive coffee house beverages! I like knowing exactly what goes into my drink, especially sugar/added flavors. So far I have not found a single negative thing about the machine! I absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend it!

OMG IN LOVE

I love my new RIVO it's amazing!!! No more stopping at my local coffee shop. It does everything I want and more! I love how quick and easy it is to use. My own kids can make their own cappuccinos! It came with different recipes on how to make different drinks and I love it. So easy and convenient! At first I thought oh great another bulky appliance on my countertop but we use it everyday and clean up is a breeze !!!

I am in love with this machine! Making my own Starbucks quality coffee at home! For a significant savings!!!!! Flavor is awesome and it's so easy to use!!! I received this from House Party and am so happy that I had the chance to try it out and keep one for myself!
