I really enjoy this machine. I love the speed to make an espresso. I love that I can quickly froth vanilla soy milk for my partner, and then rinse to froth skim milk for myself, all while pulling that single shot of espresso for my partners latte. What I don't like is that it doesn't seem to steam the milk to the hottest temp that I would like. Its just not HOT enough. That's my one complaint. I would also really like to see a FEW more espresso options for coffees. GMCR have amazing blends, and to have those in espresso ground R-pods would be phenomenal and would make me a super happy customer. Overall--is it a good machine 100%. It is worth the money? You bet. It pays for itself in the money I save by not stopping at starbucks daily on my way to work. Will it stop me from getting an iced coffee with milk in the middle of a hot summer work day? probably not. But its worth its weight in gold.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste
Cons: Doesn't Froth Enough, Heat Settings

I have been using the system for almost two weeks now and I am loving it. It has given me the chance to try a lot of things that I wouldn't want to pay Starbucks prices for. The results of this machine look so professional and I am soooo far from being knowledgable or gifted in making espresso or lattes. I have really enjoyed using it and would recommend it to all the express and latte lovers out there. My only complaint would be that I wish there was a hot chocolate cup/option. My kids see me making wonderful coffee and it would be great to make them some fancy hot chocolate. Just my two cents. :)

A busy mom's best friend

This system is a dream for a busy mom. I received it for as a free gift for hosting a Keurig Rivo party through houseparty.com. Since getting the Rivo over a week ago, I have only frequented the coffee shop one time. I'm going to save so much money! Not only that, but the ease of use is awesome. I fill up the reservoir with water, pour milk, push two buttons and my latte is done. It is so quick and doesn't require much cleanup at all. The used packs also are stored in a self contained bin in the system that you can empty later in the week. I love that I have the option for a frothy cappuccino, hot latte or iced. The only drawback thus far is that because the system is so new, the coffee packs aren't in all the stores yet. So far there aren't other beverage options available like the teas or cocoas like the other systems. That said, this system is amazing. You won't regret your purchase.

I love this machine! I have had 3 jura capressos ranging from $1000-$3000 and I have to say that I have been using this Rivo as opposed to my Jura! So easy and great.
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Such a great cappuccino and latte system

This is a great and easy machine to use. Very simple to set up for your first cup and the many after. Great taste, gives you that true coffee house feel in your own home. Great milk steamer and frother in one machine, that produces a thick and delicious foam.

love the keurig rivo

I absolutely love this machine. It allows me to make specialty drinks that rival starbucks for less than 1/4 of the cost. Plus I don't have to change out of my yoga pants. It is very simple to use and warms up quickly. I like that I'm able to control the level of foam based on my mood. It is also very easy to clean.

I'm not a coffee person but every time I get a chance, I would always prefer getting espresso drinks over a regular coffee. They usually cost a few bucks at most coffee houses. This machine makes that kind of coffee drinks. It's really easy to use. You won't have to wait in the line and it tastes just as good. Again, I'm not a coffee fan so I don't know how much it would cost if you make your own espresso drinks(not regular coffee!) at home, but if you like espresso drinks and go to coffee houses on a regular basis, I would definitely recommend this. Another thing worth mentioning, this machine is awesome for vegan coffee lovers! Where can you find vegan coffee drinks? Almost nowhere! So far, I used soy milk and coconut milk to make cappuccino and latte. The milk is not as foamy as real milk but the taste is there.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Easy to use
Cons: Bulky, Not Enough Flavor
