Still Love This Machine

I bought this product in April 2013 and still love it. We bought this machine to save money by making drinks that we would normally order at our local franchise coffee shop. For my family, this machine has more than paid for itself and we ended up liking our homemade drinks more. We really like how easy it is to use and clean up. At first, we had to adjust to the correct portions and our only wish is for the milk to be warmer after it is frothed. Other than that, we will keep using it.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Not Bitter
Cons: Refills Are Online Only, Milk Could Be Warmer

This product is very easy to use and clean. The pods automatically fall into a built-in bin to be emptied when full. There are just enough flavors for everyone to be satisfied....even a decaf. Buying the pods thru the keurig.com website keeps the pricing affordable. We just had a problem with our machine and found the customer service department to be excellent. This machine is a bit large but we are glad to have it. Yum!

We have been through several Coffee Machines, Saeco Vienna Plus, etc. This Rivo makes the best coffees and is so easy to use and clean. WE LOVE KEURIG RIVO!!!

I have one cup a day with the Rivo system. It is my morning vice. I don't drink other coffee beverages because they are too bitter for me but this has the smell and flavor of the beans without the bitterness. Only downside is that there are only 4 flavors at the moment. I would love it if they came out with more. I add just a splash of french vanilla to mine.

I got this for myself with some birthday money. I LOVE having espresso after having lived in Sicily for 2 1/2 years! This is so easy to use and quick.

this was given to me as a gift, I must say it is the best !! I enjoy my own made latte's and expresso drinks, hot or cold just like the expensive coffee house beverages, in my own kitchen! I bought syrups to add flavors, Im in heaven...
